Methodical Ethiopian, Guji

  •    Tonight's coffee is a beautiful bag from Methodical Coffee. Many thanks to their roaster Will for the hookup. This is one of 2 coffees he sent me.
       First off, I love this packaging. Such a beautiful floral design. Methodical is based out of South Carolina. They opened in 2015 with pennies in the bank, and a line out the door. And that line stayed there til they closed. I can understand why.
       This coffee is pretty yummy. The coffee I brewed tonight is their Ethiopian, Guji. This is a washed bean from the "Hambela" farm. Even though this isn't a Natural, this is still a very bright and fruity and sweet cup. I got sweet citrus, honeysuckle, floral. This was an amazing coffee. Thanks again Will & Methodical. Excited to see what the other bag is like.
