Rosalind San Isidro
Today I have another great coffee from the folks over at Rosalind Coffee.
This is their San Isidro. A washed Columbia bean from the Huila region. I brewed this at my 1:12 ratio. Rosalind notes flavors of nectarine, mandarin orange, & marshmallow. I definitely got the tartness acidity of the citrus. Nice bright orange. Also got a creamy chocolate/cola as well. This was a very interesting cup. Think I will try this at my 1:8 ratio next time. See how that turns out.
Thanks again to Walt & Rosalind for the interesting coffees.
