transcend Aroresa


  Today's coffee is my first international coffee. Transcend Coffee from Canada. Poul Mark founded Transcend Coffee in 2006. This has brought better understanding and appreciation for coffee to the Edmonton area. 

  This is their washed Aroresa. An Ethiopian from the Yirgacheffe region. I brewed this at a 1:12 ratio. Transcend notes flavors of strawberry, apricot, apple blossom, and citrus. This was a very fruity coffee. I got red berries, sweet citrus reminiscent of lemonade. Very juicy, refreshing. This was a great cup of coffee.
