Blanchard's Kenya Yara AA



   Blanchard's is killing the coffee game! This is the third coffee I've reviewed from them, and they've all been top notch. Blanchard's calls Richmond, Virginia home. 

   Today's coffee is their Kenya Yara. The coffee was wet pulped, naturally fermented, then sun dried on raised beds. This combination of unique processing methods makes for an intense, complex cup. I brewed this at a 1:8 ratio. Blanchard's notes flavors of nectarine honey, plum, & gingersnap. I noted a very bright, sweet citrus coffee. Super juicy & tart. Cranberry. Lime. Spice. Amazing coffee!
