Blueprint La Montana

Today's coffee is brought to us by the fine folks from Blueprint Coffee. Blueprint is doing great things based out of St. Louis, MO.  This is the second coffee I'm reviewing from them.

This is their La Montaña. A washed Honduras bean from the Las Capucas region. This is their first offering from Honduras, but has been a result of many years of work building infrastructure and quality assurance. This microlot from farmer Marlon Peraza was one of the winning lots from the 2016 harvest. This was a tasty coffee. Medium body. Sweet chocolate. Sweet, little tart fruit. Blueprint says they taste tootsie roll, red apple, papaya.

Thanks again to Mike & Blueprint for the coffees & growler.

Go check these guys out & get some great coffee:  blueprintcoffee.com
