Blanchard's El Salvador La Concordia

Today's coffee is brought to us by the fine folks over at Blanchard's Coffee Roasting. Blanchard's is based out of Richmond, Virginia.

This is an El Salvador La Concordia. Honey Natural Process. I brewed this at a 1:12 ratio. This is a coffee very reminiscent of the first type of cold brew I ever had. Very peach iced tea-like. Sweet citrusy. This could be an all-summer drinker for sure. Delicious! Blanchard's also notes tastes of pear, lemongrass, sweet tangerine. They also mention it makes a great espresso with it's orange creamsicle & milk chocolate notes.

Thanks again to Stephen for the beans. These guys have had some top-notch beans so far. One more bean to review from them.

Go check them out and order some coffee at:  blanchardscoffee.com
